Ocean Bead Rosary

Beads that make a difference! Made of plastic bottle caps collected by our community members and handcrafted by Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in the Philippines.

The creation journey of our Ocean Bead Rosaries starts with the collection of community members who gather plastic waste directly from local beaches, riverbanks, neighbourhoods, and even households. 

The materials are exchanged at local collection branches for secure income and life-improving benefits – these include access to health, work and life insurance, digital connectivity, and social and banking services.

The collected plastic is reborn as Social Plastic® feedstock and used in the production of the beads in your rosary.
